These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Vassia Labs website, products, services, and related offerings.

Vassia Labs is operated by Standard Bull LLC.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are acting with appropriate authorization.

You may not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately.

Product packaging, images, ingredients, availability, pricing, specifications, and other information may change from time to time.

Colors and appearance may also vary depending on screens, photography, lighting, or production differences.

3. Cosmetic Products

Vassia Labs shampoo is sold as a cosmetic product.

It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Product descriptions relating to volume, fullness, softness, root lift, breakage appearance, or scalp care should be understood as cosmetic claims unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including:

• suspected fraud;
• payment problems;
• pricing or listing errors;
• inventory shortages;
• address problems;
• resale abuse;
• sanctions or legal restrictions;
• unusually high quantities;
• or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel a paid order, any applicable refund will be issued.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Prices may change without notice for future purchases.

The price charged for an accepted order is generally the price disclosed at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

6. Payments

Customers agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with the purchase.

Orders may be subject to fraud screening, authorization, verification, or other security measures.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts and promotions may:

• have eligibility requirements;
• have expiration dates;
• be limited to certain customers or products;
• exclude other discounts;
• or be withdrawn or modified where legally permitted.

Abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized duplication of promotional offers may result in cancellation.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship eligible orders to the United States only.

Standard US shipping is generally free unless otherwise disclosed.

Estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days after shipment, but delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

9. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues

Delivery disputes, lost shipments, damaged packages, and delivered-but-missing claims are handled according to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

The current return window is generally 30 days from carrier-confirmed delivery.

For eligible orders, one opened bottle per order may qualify for return, with additional bottles generally required to remain unopened.

11. One-Time Purchases

Customers may purchase eligible products as one-time purchases.

A one-time purchase does not create recurring billing unless the customer separately chooses a subscription option.

12. Subscriptions

Certain products may also be available through our Subscribe & Save program.

Current eligible subscription frequencies may include:

• every 4 weeks;
• every 6 weeks;
• every 8 weeks.

Eligible subscription purchases currently receive a 30% discount as disclosed before checkout.

By selecting a subscription option, the customer authorizes recurring charges according to the selected billing schedule until cancelled.

Subscriptions renew automatically.

Full subscription terms, including cancellation information, are provided in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals using the subscription-management tools provided or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation generally applies to future renewals.

An order already charged, created, processed, or sent to fulfillment may not automatically be cancelled when the underlying subscription is cancelled.

14. Customer Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted using their account.

Notify us if you reasonably believe an account has been compromised.

15. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, testimonials, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

You may not submit content that is:

• knowingly false;
• unlawful;
• defamatory;
• infringing;
• abusive;
• fraudulent;
• or otherwise inappropriate.

Where permitted, you grant Vassia Labs a non-exclusive right to use submitted reviews or content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific permissions required.

16. Intellectual Property

The Vassia Labs name, branding, website content, copy, graphics, product imagery, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Standard Bull LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, exploit, copy, republish, or use protected content for commercial purposes without authorization.

17. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• interfere with website security;
• introduce malicious software;
• conduct fraudulent transactions;
• scrape or copy protected content in violation of law;
• impersonate another person;
• abuse promotions or refund systems;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• or use our services in violation of law.

18. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics providers, subscription services, advertising platforms, social networks, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

20. Product Use

Customers should follow product directions and review the ingredient list before use.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Individuals with allergies, medical conditions, scalp disorders, pregnancy-related concerns, or medication questions should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

21. No Guaranteed Results

Individual cosmetic results vary.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of a cosmetic product.

Reviews, testimonials, before-and-after material, and creator experiences reflect individual experiences rather than guaranteed outcomes.

22. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to investigate suspected:

• payment fraud;
• return fraud;
• promotion abuse;
• chargeback abuse;
• account misuse;
• reshipping fraud;
• or other unlawful conduct.

Where appropriate, we may restrict transactions, cancel orders, preserve records, or provide relevant evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, carriers, authorities, or other appropriate parties.

23. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us first if there is a problem with an order.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide relevant documentation including:

• tracking;
• delivery evidence;
• order records;
• customer communications;
• checkout records;
• policy disclosures;
• and transaction information.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every technical issue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Standard Bull LLC and Vassia Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.

Any limitation is subject to applicable law and does not exclude liability that legally cannot be excluded.

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Standard Bull LLC against losses arising from your unlawful use of our services, violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Standard Bull LLC and the transaction, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the customer's jurisdiction.

28. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding individual arbitration rather than litigation in court.

Any arbitration provision is subject to applicable federal and state law and any rights that legally cannot be waived.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in a small claims court where the claim qualifies.

I strongly recommend having this specific section reviewed by a US attorney before relying on it as your final arbitration agreement.

29. No Class Proceedings

Where legally enforceable and subject to applicable law, disputes are intended to be resolved on an individual basis rather than as part of a class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding.

This provision applies only to the extent legally enforceable.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law allows otherwise.

Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Subscription Policy.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

32. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our:

• Refund Policy;
• Shipping Policy;
• Subscription Policy;
• Privacy Policy;
• Legal Notice;
• and other terms disclosed at checkout

form the applicable agreement governing use of our store and purchases.
